Our Expectations page is designed to ensure that both you and your instructor are on the same page, literally and figuratively. Here’s why this matters:

  • Mutual Respect: Driving is a serious responsibility, and so is learning how to do it safely. Our guidelines ensure that both instructors and learners treat each other with the respect necessary to maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere.

1. Commitment to Learning

We are dedicated to helping you become a confident and skilled driver. In return, we expect our clients to:

  • Attend all scheduled lessons punctually.

  • Continue learning even after your lesson ends. It can be difficult to remember everything covered during the lesson, so take time at home to study, review your notes, and ask any questions you may have.

  • Approach each lesson with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

2. Punctuality and Communication

Time is valuable for both you and our instructors. To ensure a smooth learning experience, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time for all lessons.

  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Safety and Preparedness

Your safety and readiness are our top priorities. We expect you to:

  • Bring the necessary documents (e.g., provisional driving licence) to each lesson.

  • Wear suitable clothing for driving, including comfortable footwear.

4. Respect and Cooperation

When we introduce you to one of our instructors, you can rest assured that their primary goal is to help you become a safe driver as quickly and efficiently as possible. A positive learning environment is essential for your progress. We are committed to providing a respectful and supportive learning environment, and we ask that you:

  • Treat our instructors with respect at all times.

  • Follow instructions carefully and feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear.

5. Payment and Administrative Requirements

To keep everything on track, we ask that you:

  • Adhere to the agreed payment schedule for your lessons. Late payments may result in the suspension of lessons until payment is received.

  • Complete any required forms or paperwork before your first lesson.

6. Health and Well-being

Your health is crucial for safe driving. We expect you to:

  • Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to drive and discuss any concerns with us as soon as they arise.

  • Attend lessons whenever possible to ensure steady progress. Frequent cancellations or rescheduling can hinder your learning and delay your progress.

  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to illness or genuine reasons. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge. This policy helps us maintain a structured schedule and ensures that lesson slots are used effectively, benefiting both you and other learners.
